RETURNS

You may return your order within 14 days upon delivery, however you must contact our customer service: customerservice@atlanticone.eu. HEAVEN Budapest does not take responsibility should any damages occur during shipping due to negligent packaging. Also, please attach a delivery note to the package.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. In the case of a refund, we will transfer the money to the payment method you used at checkout within 14 business days.

WRONG DELIVERY 

If the courier did not deliver the product you have ordered, please double check your order confirmation email. If there is a difference between your ordered and received items, please contact us within 3 working days via email customerservice@atlanticone.eu  . Tell us what you have ordered and what you have received, and also if there are any missing items. We will contact you in order to resolve the problem as soon as we can.

WITHDRAWAL

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so as long as our staff has not begun processing it. Please send us an email to customerservice@atlanticone.eu  as soon as possible.
